This is a high quality unvulcanized rubber that will bond quickly to itself to form a solid mass of water-tight protection for electrical wires. Has 490 volts per mil of dielectric strength. Suitable for industrial pipe repair, automotive, marine, construction, and many other general applications. UL510 listed. Meets requirements of ASTM-D119 and HHI-553C. Made in the USA
